Bedrijfsprofiel: Our client is progressive and rapidly provides high end technical and project management services to the prime aerospace companies and is growing progressive and rapidly. She is a strategic supplier to both Rolls-Royce and Airbus UK. She is also involved in some of the most challenging and exciting aerospace projects in the world among others: Joint Strike Fighter, A380, A350 etcetera. Werkzaamheden: As a Senior Aerospace Stress Engineer you are a high calibre engineering graduate with significant and appropriate post graduate experience. You participate in a challenging position in aerospace engineering, with a high degree of freedom and responsibility. The current and potential future workload has increased considerably and you will be expected to take full ownership of technical tasks and to lead others in their execution. The right candidates will need to demonstrate a desire to be challenged and to contribute towards the success and growth of the business. Functie-eisen - Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering;
- affinity with engineering of light weight structures;
- good communicative skills for working in multi-disciplinary teams;
- experience with Patran/Nastran;
- good knowledge of the English language;
- more than 10 years of experience in Stress and/ or Fatigue engineering;
- technical awareness in the field of aerospace structures;
- effective client management and communication skills.
