The company consists of the following core departments:

Product Development & Design / Engineering – Responsible for designing new products, developing moulds and geometries, and preparing technical specifications prior to production.

Mould Manufacturing – Constructs injection moulds for both single-cavity and multi-cavity applications, ranging from thin-wall packaging to industrial products.

Automation & Machine Building (Automation / Robotics / Turn-key Systems) – Develops and integrates automation solutions including robotics, IML automation, vision-based quality control, packaging lines, palletising, and box-filling systems.

Quality Control – Ensures consistency and product quality throughout the entire process, from procurement to production and distribution.

Service & After-sales / Maintenance & Repairs – Provides maintenance and repair services for both in-house moulds and automation systems, as well as third-party equipment when applicable. Services can be performed on-site or remotely.

Sales & International Business / Distribution & Partner Management – A Global Sales Team manages client relations, sales, distribution, and international partnerships to make the company’s products and systems available worldwide.

Over de functie

As a Software Engineer, you are the expert in PLC development. You work both independently and in close collaboration with fellow engineers from software and electrical disciplines. Using a CODESYS environment, you develop the necessary control software and create associated visualisations that make machines and processes transparent and user-friendly.

Your role goes beyond design: you implement, integrate, and test the software to ensure it works seamlessly with the systems being put into production. Whenever support is needed, you are ready to assist. You support service teams and, when required, provide remote assistance to customers worldwide, ensuring systems operate optimally and issues are resolved quickly.

Functie-eisen

We are seeking someone ready for the next step or a new challenge in their career, with some experience as a PLC Programmer or Software Engineer. Experience in industrial automation, and preferably in machine building, is a strong advantage. A completed degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation is essential.
